international board of governors of PHYSICIANS FOR PEACE and
participated in several missions with its president, Dr. Charles
Horton, and groups of international surgeons and physicians in
different parts of the Middle East. For this work Dr. Horton and I
were awarded the Jordanian Independence Medal of the First Order
which was personally presented to us by His Late Majesty King
Hussein I in 1992. |
